August 29, 2019, Kathmandu: Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) hosted a round table discussion in the presence of officials from the U.S. Embassy, Head of IT and ISO of member banks of NBA to discuss on cyber-security issues in the financial sector.
During the program, Mr. Dave Venable, Former Intelligence Officer with National Security Agency and Cyber-security Expert shared a presentation on the subject matter where he mainly talked about cyber security issues, information security, global issues in the financial sector and the way forward.
