33rd Annual General Meeting of NBA

05 December, 2019 – Nepal Bankers’ Association held its 33^rd Annual General Meeting today.

The AGM unopposedly elected Mr. Bhuvan Kumar Dahal, Chief Executive Officer, Sanima Bank Ltd. as President. Mr. Anukool Bhatnagar, Managing Director, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. as Vice-President. Ms. Anupama Khunjeli, Chief Executive Officer, Mega Bank Ltd., Mr. Janak Sharma Poudel, Chief Executive Officer, Sunrise Bank Ltd., Mr. Krishna B. Adhikari, Chief Executive Officer, Nepal Bank Ltd., Mr. Ramesh Raj Aryal, Chief Executive Officer, NCC Bank and Mr. Sunil K.C, Chief Executive Officer, NMB Bank Ltd., as members in the Executive Committee of the Association.

Following the new appointments, the newly formed Executive Committee is as below;

5. Mr. Janak Sharma Poudyal, Chief Executive Officer, Global IME Bank Ltd., Member
6. Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, Chief Executive Officer, Nepal Bank Ltd., Member
7. Mr. Ramesh R. Aryal, Chief Executive Officer, NCC Bank Ltd., Member
8. Mr. Suman Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd., Member

During the AGM function, Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, officials from Ministry of Finance, Nepal Rastra Bank, Banks & Financial Institutions and representatives of various institutions were also present.
