25 February 2021, Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) and Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industries (FNCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) whereby the two organizations had the understanding to assist in promoting loans and banking services to the MSMEs. The MoU was signed by Mr. Bhuvan Dahal, President of NBA, and Mr Shekhar Golchha, President of FNCCI.
The initiative is expected to promote effective and smooth banking services in coordination with the provincial and central levels. Both the parties look forward to conducting financial literacy campaign and will also jointly provide suggestions to the concerned stakeholders on various policy reforms.
